We're so pleased to share that we've had over 600 Reading Stars this summer at Halton Libraries!
This is the highest number of children to complete our summer reading incentive in recent years, making 2026 one of our most successful challenges yet. We're delighted to celebrate this fantastic achievement and to recognise the enthusiasm , commitment and love of reading shown by all our young participants.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part, visited our libraries, borrowed books and embraced everything the challenge had to offer. It has been wonderful to see so many children enjoying reading, discovering new stories and building their confidence throughout the summer.
