Summer Reading Challenge

The Summer Reading Challenge 2024 begins on Saturday 13th July.  This year the theme is Marvellous Makers and it’s all about creativity!
The aim is to keep children reading over the summer and there are free incentives including stickers and a bookmark.  After reading 6 books children will receive a medal and a certificate.
Primary school children aged 4-11 years can sign up at any Halton library and it’s free to take part.  Watch our YouTube video to find out more.
