This  is a FREE basic Mental Health Awareness Session covering:

  • What Mental Health Is
  • Information on some of the most common diagnosed conditions in the Borough
  • Tips on having conversations about mental health.
  • Signposting to local services.

You will gain knowledge of mental health along with receiving practical examples of how you can incorporate the 5 ways into your daily life to help achieve and maintain positive mental health and well-being.

This guidance hopes to increase understanding for what mental health is and how you can improve and maintain positive mental health and wellbeing. Please note this training is free of charge to anyone living or working in Widnes and Runcorn.
